Validation of teichert 's method for fat determination in powder milk with cocoa and sugar

The objective of this paper was to verify in the powder milk with cocoa and sugar application of a modified Teichert method, fat content was analyzed in parallel by the gravimetric method taken as reference. Linear regression equation obtained for comparing results of the methods used probed that equivalent Teichert method can be used for fat content determination.
