Dietary evaluation of students from the university of Camagüey

The purpose of this paper was to assess the dietary situation in a randomized sample of students from the University of Camagüey. A survey with a dietary remembrance and some eating habit was applied for three days. Results showed inappropriate diets because they are not: complete, varied, sufficient, and balanced.
