Abstract

The objective of this paper was to verify in the Materlac powder supplement with soy protein isolate offered to pregnant women application of a modified Teichert method, fat content was analized in parallel by the gravimetric method taken as reference. Linear regression equation obtained for comparing results of the methods used probed that equivalent Teichert method can be used for fat content determination.
