Migration of bispfenol A and bisphenol A diglicidil eter by the interaction of aqueous simulants with cans
Keywords:
cans, lacquers, bispfenol A, bisphenol A diglicidil eterAbstract
In this report the specific migration of the two compounds was evaluated, aqueous simulants and two thickness of lacquered layer in cans were employed. Liquid chromatography of high performance was used in the determinations. As results, for the two cans, in water and acetic acid solution, the concentration of BFA fulfilled with the international standards, < 3 mg/kg, and also for BADGE concentrations, in this case, < 1 mg/kg. It was proved the presence of both components into simulants. This fact suggests maintaining a systematic control in order to guarantee the food security.
